The Z1, CZP, IPP, etc. "Akebono" kit is the 370z brake conversion for the front. The rears on the 300zx have a drum for the e-brake built into it so yes you can use other rotors on the rear (not sure about z32 fronts fitting) but then you lose the e-brake. Please do some reading, I didn't know any of this a couple months ago and it only took a couple hours of research to find out all I needed to know and more.
Also, unless you have a metric f*** ton of WHP and track your car heavily the Akebonos are too heavy for the Z32, the best streetable BBKs are the SZ front kit, the 3000gt rotor conversion or the Z1 13" kit. Unless you are going for hardparker status.
