let me just start out by saying: generally speaking, wheel offset is irrelevant to caliper clearance. Its all in the spoke design.
However, I'm kinda with t_d on this one. It might clear, V2's came with more brake clearances than the v1's... BUT even if it doesnt... its nothing spacers cant fix

yeah, Q45 calipers will have about the same clearance as oem brakes.
