I've seen a lot of Nissan owners, mainly 240 & Altima Sedan owners, upgrade the brake calipers from single to dual piston calipers. I saw one video on Youtube where a 240 owner took 2 piston brakes from a 300ZX and put them on his car.

Is there a swap like this that can be done for the 2011 Altima coupe? I'd rather have a dual piston caliper for those "just in case" or "OMG PLEASE F******* STOP!!! moments.
