Hey Everyone,

I just sent my Skyline R32 Calipers off to the powder coater. I have 4 piston calipers on front, and 2 piston calipers on back. The rebuild kits that I purchased, did not include the o-rings that seal the fluid channels of the two halves of each caliper together. And I didn't expect the powder coater to actually disassemble the two halves of each caliper. Anyway, now I'm stuck. I now need the smaller (unconfirmed rumor is: 26mm - square shaped - ethylene propylene) o-rings that seal the two halves of the caliper together.

I've also heard that the 1992 Twin Turbo 300ZX had the same calipers. Does anyone know where I can pick these o-rings up??? I need 8 - two for each caliper.

Thanks,Scram

If they are in fact the same size as Z32 brake parts, which I've also heard but cannot confirm, you can buy them here:

PDM doesn't sell that tiny o-ring. If you look at z32 FSM, it says 'DO NOT SEPARATE CALIPER.' That's why they don't sell that little o-ring. You won't find torque spec for 2 bolts on the calipers either because of the same reason. When you powder coat them, unfortunately, you have to separate. I reused mine because mine were in good shape. I remmeber someone posted a link to an o-ring specialized company and you can buy from there. There are several different sizes, so you have to find a right one. I also heard someone bought them from Ace hardware store.
