As you see in the picture above, I have a leak. I guess that the seal is broken. Do you think I should just change the seal or put a new caliper in? I do have spare set of calipers.

If I have to install a new caliper, how can I undo that part in yellow circle in the picture below? It is a parking brake line stay. What tool do I need and can I yank it out without power assist?

replace the caliper if you have a spare, changing both seals is a bit of a pain. teh cable end shouldn't be that hard to get off, just use one hand or a screwdriver to pull the arm back and then slide the cable end out. make sure the parking brake is off. start saving up for new calipers cause they go bad pretty easily. if you get some new ones with a lifetime warranty, you can just get new ones every time.
