I disassembled brake calipers long time ago for rebuilding, I looked at it today, inside of cylider is little rusted.

Is it okay & safe to clean it with Glass Bead Blaster?I know the blaster is pretty strong, just wonder if it not going to damage the cylinder wall.http://www.mazford.com.au/imag...G.jpg

i would not blast it. you would be better off usng a hone to resurface the cylinder wall. if you blast it, some of the glass media may break apart and stay in the cylinder, which could cause a seal to leak later on.
