Brade pads recommendation

Looking for recommendations on brake pads (front & rear) that offer an improvement over stock/normal pads. I'm not looking for 'performance' pads. Again, just better than normal. Thanks.

I'd go with Akebono. I've got a set on my Saab 9-3, my ex has them on his Volvo XC90, they'll go on my RS when the time comes. From the experiences I've had they're awesome, price is good, they generally tend to be head and shoulders above stock for power, heat/fade resistance, and something my ex appreciated they throw off very little dust to get stuck on the wheels if you're concerned about that.
