I have seats that will fit in the truck with some minor modifications to the brackets. The bolt holes in the front line up nicely, just sit up higher than intended. I can either find the means to flatten the tab and redrill it or shim the bracket at the bracket. Its sitting about 1/2" higher. The back brackets are my issue. I need to add a plate to be able to offset the bolt holes. The rear bolt hole on the new seat sits on the ridge just in front of the bolt hole in the floorboard and on the inside of the rails. Welding isn't an option for me unfortunately, so I will have to bolt it to the plate. I have some 1/4" aluminum on hand, but I'm not sure that it would be wise choice for the plate, even though I know I can fabricate what I need with the tools I have on hand.

This is how I did mine.

Drilled a hole for the rear inner bracket and bolted to the original hole for the inner front. There is no flex on the rear bracket when you sit on the seat.

That's sort of what I'll end up doing. The front brackets would work fine, just sit up about an inch higher than they should. So I drilled them out so that they are resting in that bar. The backs I'll need to to step down and over to get to the bolt hole. One of the guys at work said he'd weld them up for me for half a case of beer. Just need to get some steel angle, grind to length and clamp into position for him. I picked up some 135º angle off of eBay that will work to create the step I think.

The Saturn seats are so much more comfortable that what was in there and for the most part they go with the interior as is, but I'll end up covering them anyway. The driver's seat looks like its about to let go at the side seam.
