My first box of parts are in unfortunatly Im still waiting on box 2 as the parts are mixed up and didnt come in left side total right side total.Box 1 contents:

So I could only change this on one sideStill missing strut mount -- Strut Rod bushing -- Strut Bearing's

I'll be doing a write up on DIY when the rest of my parts come in anything to keep in mind? Any suggestion's?It will be like a suspension for dummies write up see'ing how confused and stressed I was trying to figure out what I needed exactly for improving my suspension.

I can tell you that the strut bumper (black waffle cover in the picture above) Is a hundred times better then originals as it is made of durable thick rubber that feals like it will last unlike the plastic original one's

reminds of the re-ply to my post were somebody told me that replacement parts are not exactly the same becuase with improvements they differ from the one's made in 97-01

I finished my one side started at 10am finished at 1:30pm the nect side should be quicker now that I know exactly what tools I need and the proper procedure.

as for my D I Y write up 56k beware I've got over 30 pics

I would of loved the kyb sr specials if I was going to drop it but since im not that would been point less. Also I think you wanted like $700-$800 right my front suspension total came out to $500.00 and thats including the spring compressors. that still leaves me with an extra $300 to do my rear struts which I plan on doing in the next month. there only $140.00 each so thats $280 + $500= $780

I have to work at 5am 2-morow and got home from work today a 9:30pm so i'll probably put the D I Y post up 2-morrow

It was 550 shipped for ALL FOUR front and rear.

the kyb specials are OEM replacements, can be used for stock height or lowered heights.

I just did this a month ago. Exactly what you are doing, but with more parts even, also from Joe. Ask him about Danya and the parts from NICO....if nothing else this will jog his memory to get the correct parts the FIRST time...I was shipped two passenger stabilizer bars, and missing a few other things as well. Upper strut mounts for the front.

Anyway, if you need any help at all, hit me at [email protected] I'd be more than happy to help as this is VERY fresh in my mind.
