what are the difference between the two?what do they each do?is it better two have both, or just one?what BOVs and Wastegate do you recommend?

u should search more, but ill give some basic info1. when you are accelerating, air is being crammed into the engine, when u close the throttle (in between shifts) instead of the air going the wrong way back through the turbo, cuzing turbo lag and possible ling run damage, the bov goes inline between the throttlebody and the turbo to let that air out. it can be mounted in other places-but that gives u an idea of what it does.2. the wastegate regulates the boost psi so u dont kill something. the higher the rpm and the higher the boost, the more boost is being let off. boost controllers fake out the wastegate/ecu sop u can pudh more boost. the sr20 has an internal wastegate.3. u have to have both, they are different.4. bov is up to u, mainly chosen for the sound most of the time, wastegate u already have in the sr, but tial is the favored external brandel fin
