yeah but for the first time, its impossible to hear it with open down pipe, i should be able to loosen the bov adjuster to get rid of it right?

All atmospheric bov's I've seen and heard have a little bit of compressor surge. Especially at low boost. It's an ongoing debate, but I haven't heard of anyone's turbo failing due to daily driving with a little bit of compressor surge. You'll just have compromise between getting as little of surge as possible and your engine not stalling out between shifts. Either that or recirculate it.
