BOV type sound when shifting- No turbo lol

Well heres the problem. In like 1st,2nd, and 3rd gear, whenever its above like 3,000 rpm and I push the clutch in, It makes sort of like a BOV type sound. But it kinda sounds like really thin metal slapping against metal. It also does it in any gear if Its at 2900~3000rpm. Like just going down the road and if I get off the throttle and it goes down to 3000 rpm it makes the noise then goes away once it gets lower then about 2900. My friend was riding in my car the other day and asked me when I put a turbo on it . I just want to get this fixed already. Any ideas?

My buddies yaris only does that from 2nd-3rd gear. I think it might be the throw out bearing. Does it sound like a squeak?

Nope doesn't sound like a squeak. The only way I can think to describe it is sort of like a BOV.

Its prolly the throw-out bearing, my old ka used to do it, i'd puch in the clutch and it used to sound lika a KAA!! Almost like an sard r2d2 bov. It was funny cuz two years later i used that bearing in a diff ka 240 and the sound was there again, it brought back memories lol
