Im Looking for a BOV For an SR20DET engine that is loud and makes a nice purge/phsst sound i really like the loud blow off sound its just me. any recommended types

Loud? Turbo XS rfl, and call it a day. Won't be very high pitched though unless you run lots of boost

if you on budget, dsm bov is fine hold up to 17psi, junkyard cost $14

youre a gonna wanna go a with a hks ssq because it sounds like a seal getting clubbed to death Trust me its great. rhdjapan sells a lot of them on ebay with a pipe and flange.

The hks ssqv sounds too chirpy at low boost but sounds great at higher boost.

whats low boost and whats high boost like 16psi

You can really tell the difference in sound at 7psi opposed to 15psi. I don't really consider 15 high but as far as the stock t25 that is pretty damn high.

im probably gonna go 13 or 14 psi on the SR

yeah those HKS BOVs are like firecrackers... It's really obnoxious I think. Not nice.. just stupid loud and annoying.

I have RFL not too loud really. It sounds kind of loud I guess at 12psi but not annoying like HKS.

Blitz BOV is my favorite... very very nice sound..

i have an apexi twin chamber.. and I love the sound of it.. nice and loud.. not the chirping noise.. also have a hks ssq bov also.. gonna try that one out soon.. .. planning to swap back and fourth depending on what sound I feel like.. hahah..

ive heard a fewq sound clips and i think the Greddy RS sounds pretty good, not oo loud though

HKS is loud....thats what im buying
