BOV setting

i have a greddy type s bov and i was wonder how exactly do i know how tight to make the spring. is there any way to tune while at idle or is it trial and error by driving the car and seeing when it opens. thanks for the help

I left my ssq the way it came out of the box.

i did mine trial and error, just play with it, i have the apexi btw
