Can i recirculate the bov into the outlet/inlet that the vspl piping has for the stock bov instead of plumbing it into my intake pipe? The only problem i see this causing is it being a longer distance but will it effect anything?

the intercooler using comes with the inlet piping that attached to the intake mani, not outlet, but that part is used to recir back to the intake section between the turbo and air filter, thats why it would be recirculated. if you plumb ur bov say from the hot pipe right after the turbo btw the intercooler, back into that inlet pipe btw the intake mani and the intercooler, it would just be a waste since when you let off the gas the throttle closes to create the pressure to push the air out of the bov. so if you try to plumb it back into the same pressure zone, you might be causing some back pressure to the bov and possibly wear it out.

my 2 cents, someone verify this?

If you're going to do that you should just let it vent to the atmosphere because it wouldn't make a difference if you had it vented back into the intercooler pipings. There's a reason why bypass valves vent back into the intake so your car doesn't hesitate when coming to stops or backfire sometimes.

ok so recirculate it back into the intake pipe then? alrighty so i have an s15 turbo with an s15 turbo inlet pipe. it has a little nipple hole i plugged off i thought it was for where the breathere is on the valve cover ( i put a breather there no catch can) but i can use that to recirculate into right?
