BOV Quetions

IM FAIRLY NEW TO TURBOS..So i would just like some info on BOVs. I just got my sr and plan on upgrading the turbo in a couple of months. Wil i be able to use the same bov at a diferent psi setting? how exactly do they work, do you have to adjust them or do they just go off of vaccum.I dont have one yet. whats a good inexpensive one? I dont really care about sound just want to to keep boost and my turbo in one piece.

you'll be fine with the stock one until u go with a bigger turbo - even then the stocker does fine... some people run no bov, I did for years no problems on big turbos. or u can get one that u like how it looks - or sounds... plus if u want to recirc and such - Tial makes a new bov thats for recirculating, and the greddy's, HKS, arc - they all recirc.

Well ive never even had one in my hands, and do not have the stock one either. So oviously im going for an after market one. On most models do you have to preset them at your desired boost or do they work of pressure differential or sopmething like that. Ive read comments on both. Does it depend on brand or model? Im looking for something that will be good for the stock 7psi now and hopefully about 15psi when i go t28.
