BOV question

i have been searching and i can't seem to find the right answer so please don't flame because i did try to search. Well i'm getting my sr20 swap soon and i'm looking around for an aftermarket bov but what exactly do i need to buy if i want to run it with the smic? or is that impossible to run an aftermarket bov w/ the stock smic. thanks! a link would help alot also please. =]

Don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure you can upgrade your bov with the stock smic as long as you get the proper flange. I personally just upgraded to an fmic since now-a-days you can get em dirt cheap and its one of the first upgrades you should be looking towards anyways.

yeah it works fine with the stock core, if you can find the section of pipe with the HKS flange pre-welded on make sure you get the pipe large enought so that when you up-grade to the fmic you can incorperate it into the system. had the ssqv on my s14 and i just up the core and a really low price.
