quick question, i have a turbo xs rfl bov on my cold pipe (obviously open atmosphere), when i come to a stop it wants to die out, this is from the computer trying to compensate for the air that the mafs read but not for the air that gets released when the bov opens, (or atleast i think so) is there any way around recircing the bov (besides e-manage),is there any adjustment on my afc, thanks in advance

yeah, if you have a safc-II then you can set the decel up to lean it out on off throttle......

The Deceleration Air Flow Correction cures erratic idle problems for Hot Wire vehicles equipped with an open atmosphere blow off valve. The S-AFC II can also display an incredible amount of data including: Air Flow Capacity (Hotwire and Flap Type only), Engine RPM, Throttle Position, Pressure Sensor voltage, Karmann Frequency, and Air Flow Meter Correction.

there are also dual port bovs i am toying with trying out, ill let you know how that goes.

Yea, Id say go SAFC-II also. It gives you alot of adjustability along with that feature. My friend has an Eclipse GS-T and has done a decent amount to it (13.5 quarter) and his car runs better if his BOV is recirculated...but its still running really well with it venting to atmosphere...atleast it doesn't die.
