Here is the thing i was checking out this site on NICO and this diagram came up. donw below. My Bov is on my hot pipe? there is a welded whole in my cold pipe where it used to be. HELP ME is this a bad thing? Go here to see http://www.cardomain.com/id/civhbproject

where can i pput it? the hole on the other side is welded up? Can i stick it beside my exsisting one?

OMFG don't run 2 bov's, that'd be idiodic. my bov is on the hotpipe also. works just fine dont' worry.
