bov placement?

hey guys i just bought a bov and i was wondering where the best place to put it to acheive a nice pishhhhhhhh and maintain good performance

This was just talked about in another thread. It can be viewed HERE. The placement of the BOV doesn't have as much to do with the sound as the type of BOV. If you want examples of what they sound like check THIS out. I personally belive that BOV's should be placed on the cold side of the intercooler as close to the throttle body as possible. This is supposed to be more responsive and cause less strain on the turbo. I would also speculate that the cooler temperatures would be less harsh on the BOV than running it on the hotside.
