I was wondering what BOV's people are using on their SR's, CA's and RB's?

I really like the Blitz Super Sound DD, and the Apex BOV's but have heard mixed things on the Blitz. If anyone that owns a Blitz could let me know if they do actually have leaking problems that would be great.

All help is appreciated, but I do not want to hear from what anyone has heard. So if you own, own being a key word, a BOV you are really sold on please let me know. We have had trouble with the 1G DSM leaking on us with our RB's so I wanted to look into aftermarket ones.

the search button will give you all the info you need on this. i know i've seen at least 2 or 3 long threads on BOV preferences and such.

The search button gives me a lot of threads with peoples opinions. I want to hear from owners only. I have seen (and been a part of) lots of these BOV threads, and wanted to hear if anyone actually had leaks or not with the Blitz. Articles like the SCC one and all are nice to reference, but actually owning one goes a lot further into what works and what doesn't work.

I've got the Greddy Type-S on my sr and love it. I dont know if it will hold what your doing but if works great for me. I think its rated to 18psi? Sounds awsome.

I have a blitz and it works fine. No leaking. I just tighten the screw for boosting 13 psi. Also you can get a hard spring for higher boost applications.

HKS SSQV is my all time favorite BOV. No leaks that I've heard of.. and the sound is perfect.

Blitz is way too loud, I don't like that myself. I haven't heard anything bad about them otherwise..

Blitz super sound, sturdy and loud, have one on my wife's 180SX, sounds like dump truck air brakes:D

HKS sequential, crap. I blew one of the old plastic ones apart and the new one while stronger sounds like a asmatic parakeet, =gay.

Apex dual chamber, big chunk of aluminum, needlessly large and cumbersome but very beefy. Sound is adjustable with a collar, yeah I care.

Trust Type s, plain brown wrapper BOV. It's sturdy, straight foward, sounds good, ready if you want to route it back in. Just a very well designed and troublefree BOV

Trust Type R, 2lbs of USDA butt steak=BEEF! It's damned near a wastegate! This is the only BOV I take seriously on a high boost car, at 15lbs my engine can barely crack it open, overkill on most street cars but so what:pface

I'm using a turbonetics DV, and i love it. great sound and good performance. I'm looking to upgrade to a forge motorsports DV in the future due to the adjustability of the FM unit
