BOV only works sounds off at high rpms

hks ssqv. i have no vacum leaks. tried changing BOVs, nothing. and other times it will sound at low revs. its has not been adjusted differently either, i'm kinda confused...

Did it used to work fine and then started giving you problems?

try cleaning it, it may be gummed up with blown by oil and junk. If it's like the original sequential it's two stage valve and it wouldn't take much to jam it up.

and you dont really want the thing opening under light revs, keep that in mind.

I have mine setup to surge under 4k, and anything above that with a quick "tip out" will get the valve to accuate.
