The bov that cracked, are you talking about the stock one or did you already have an aftermarket one on the hot pipe in the engine compartment?

Put on a stock one. FMIC are not necessary for near stock SR anyway.

it was an aftermarket blitz that came with the motor when i bought it. it was on the hotpipe but i can seem to find any bov's that are cheap to put back on and i have the alum. hot pipe but it doesnt have a place for a bov...where to put one? on the smic is the only place i see...unless i get it welded in...

You can put any bov you want on your car. Since cost is a factor, find a stock bov and use it for now.
