Will it be possible for me to run a atmospheric BOV on the Sr20det's stock SMIC?

yes, you might notice a stumbl if you come into a stop fast and pop the valve open but thats about it.I don't think you can do it with the stock one though.

Yes, the usual place they put it is on the hot pipe and it will stumble. All you gotta do is tap the gas to keep the rpms from dropping like a rock. You may experience higher idle rpms too. But just turn the idle adjustment screw to accomodate for that.
