BOV & MBC Help please. Vacuum Lines???

I have a 89 240sx just recently swapped the S13 SR20DET Redtop. I ordered a Front mount intercooler for it and the Flange for the BOV is on the hotpipe. Now for my questions.

My BOV has 2 vacuum lines leading to it, and need to know what they hook up to, and I have a Manual Boost Controller that also has 2 vacuum line hook ups on it that I would also like to hook up. I have 2 T's as well.

How would i need to run the Vacuum lines and what exactly do i need to cap off?

I have mine setup like this...

Wastegate to manual boost controllerManual boost controller to T connectorBOV to T connectorSame T connector to the nipple on the top left of the throttle body.

I have a GReddy type-s BOV and just plugged the second nipple.
