BOV & Manual Boost Controller Help Please.

I have a 89 240sx just recently swapped the S13 SR20DET Redtop. I ordered a Front mount intercooler for it and the Flange for the BOV is on the hotpipe. Now for my questions.My BOV has 2 vacuum lines leading to it, and need to know what they hook up to, and I have a Manual Boost Controller that also has 2 vacuum line hook ups on it that I would also like to hook up. I have 2 T's as well.

How would i need to run the Vacuum lines and what exactly do i need to cap off?

Any help would be greatful. Thank You

What BOV do you have? I'm only familiar with my HKS, which has a single vac fitting that comes off of the manifold. For your MBC, it should go like this: vac line from barb under throttle body or a fitting from the hotpipe if you installed one, to the MBC, then vac line from MBC to wastegate fitting. Each barb of the MBC should be specific ie. one barb is meant for the wastegate, the other is meant to attach to a boost source. Which is which depends on your MBC. What kind is it? It also wouldn't hurt to google search the owner's manual for the MBC and BOV.
