What type of BOV is it exactly? Is it a gen 1 or 2 DSM?

Stock BOV's are notorious for leaking. Routing it back to the intake will atleast insure your not suffering from a huge vacuum leak.

Some Greddy's (I think) and RC or whoever it was I got my firering from has one that fits the stock 1g flange. I will deal for mild boost. I think this one of the reasons they get crushed.

You just put it into a vice with a socket big enough that it will not crush the minor section, I believe. Check DSM forums for sure.
