Anyone know which real life BOV the one in the game is modeled after? I really like that specific sound...

On another note, anyone wanna race a mid 12s turbo civic? hehe

Wow... I got screwed. A guy challenged me, and it's part my fault for not really looking at his time: he had a 9ish Civic, head to head vs my 12.5 Civic... stupid... at least it was only 100$. This game is too fun. Oh, more on topic, does anyone else keep screwing their engine? I think it's the turbo causing overrevving (and 500$ plus in damage) every few races. Know what's causing that?

i don't mess mine up, are you shifting before getting in redline? even though i got a good connection i sometimes shift early in first because the game gets slow when the lights disappear

I start in neutral, rev up to about 6g, drop it and go. Usually I have to dial back just a tad at first to get traction. I think its the 6g part, I've never had it happen if I only go to 5.

i launch at 3400, shift to 1 when the 2nd light lights up. 33lbs boost and nitrous doesn't cause more than 20 bucks damage in a couple runs

Nitto is whack, I got a 13 sec civic, with less then 1k invested. And I have ****ty startoffs

16lbs of boost, no nitrous. Usually I don't have problems, but when I do it's usually 500$+ like I said. True, you sound like me, a bit more than 1000 in mine though, my launches tend to suck (my best run was about a 12.1), I'm currently 0-2-1...

dammit!!! I just messed my car up real bad!

so I got the stage 3 turbo... and DAMN that thing gets off the line slower than my grandma... so I get some nitrous to boost me up a little... and guess what happens, I screw up the shifting and give myself $800 in engine damage. DAMMIT!

2 things:

is there a way I can sell back the turbo? I dont like that lag at all...

also... can someone let me borrow like $875?

You can put the old one on I think. I only have 500$ and I need it for bets whenever I get on again. Sorry man.
