I want to rotate my BOV about 45* so it's not venting right on my hood. I believe that's the reason I don't like the sound of it... Can someone help me on this?

I tried to just twist it, like you would be able an HKS, no-go... There appears to be a nifty little pin on the bottom with these 2 little nuts... Loosened the nuts and still nothing... Should I remove the pin? What's up with this goofy BOV?HELP!!!
