um, press charges? its more efficient than doing **** here. If you paid via mail, start a fraud investigation. call the police department in his town, file a complaint. hire a lawyer and file a suit against him. or do it yourself if you are that kind of guy. damn I want a glazed donut.

when you consider that it has taken a year to get my replacement wheel. 4 months is not that bad. I think it is time to move on to the legal phase of this issue though. Have the cops hunt this guy down.

get the business license, find out what kind of organization it was, certain types you can pursue the individual, certain types the liability ends at the company's assets. You may still have the right to sue him to pursue your money...if I were you and you are willing to give half of what you recover up, you might as well find a decent lawyer.at the very least you should get a free consultation.also, you can go to anywho.com and get his credit history and all that if you want.

Even if his business was incorporated... chances are if he was stupid enough to run himself out of business... then he was stupid enough to screw up the incorporation process at SOME point during his business's life.

There are a TON of things this guy could have done wrong that will permit you to go beyond the corporate liability protection. This will allow you to seek a remedy from his personal assets.

Where in the ATL area? He's goin' down!

In all seriousness, get the business bureau info on him and find somewhere that he screwed up and get him on it. $4g's ain't pocket change.

front mount, t3/t4, mani, piping, bov, downpipe, safc, turbo timer, egt, a/f, oil temp, all i got was boost gauge, injectors, clutch, skyline headlights and steering wheel, and gauge pod. he even told me that he used two of my parts and another persons car! the guy that has them is part of this forum but he is the second owner so it isn't his fault.

I would contact this guy first and let him know that this is illegal. Weather it was lost in business or not it was in his possesion. Let him know he better come up with the money or else charges will be pressed. I don't know if you can consider this stolen property and charge him with a felony. But here in washington if it wasn't done through a business type of affair then anything over $500 in value is a felony.

Just some ideas. Hope you get your stuff back. Don't be so mellow about it and let him know whats going to happen if he doesn't get your old **** back and your money.

Are you not able t physically find him or is he not calling you back?
