Bouncy idle - Vid inside

This strange bouncing idle is starting to happen more and more often. My only ideas are either some sort of vacuum issue while under idle (sprayed carb around the hoses, couldn't find any leaks) or possibly an old fuel pump? I really have no clue. Engine also likes to come close to stalling when approaching a stop and the clutch is depressed. Revs drop and continue to dip to around 100 then usually it's picked back up.

so you ruled out possible vac leaks and air bubbles from the cooling system? also air intake leak and throttle body valve is clean?

how about checking for trouble codes?
