i'm using the ksports and the ride seems a little bouncy. before i put them on the car i set the spring tension to just about nothing front and rear. also the fronts are full soft right now. not sure about the rears as i need to modify the interior piece to get the tuning key in there.

my question is this, is it bouncy because the damper is at its softest setting or do i need to add some spring tension to the fronts?

You can be bouncy for a few reasons. One would be having the dampers set too low. If you are using tires with tall, soft sidewalls, that can also contribute to the bouncing.

I would say your shocks are too soft in comparison to your spring rates.

Hondas have this problem when they are lowered with the ebay coilovers(those spring rates are something crazy like 600lbs)
