bouncing headlamp

I know this is a technical forum but i thought this is where i would get the best answers. When driving at night my whole drivers side pop up light bounces when i hit a bump or something, and its just my drivers side one. It's the whole actual pop up assembly, I Know there's a spring that hold the headlamp to the assembly to beep it from moving around in there, and its not that. It's the whole pop-up assembly. I tried to tighten some bolts but i couldn't really find any, and i don't know whihc ones to tighten, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Under the black plastic trim where the headlight mounts to the radiator support, there is a stopper screw that you can back out so that the headlight is snug with it. There is also a lock nut on the other side of that bolt that you have to loosen to make any adjustments.
