bounces from 1k to 2k?

well heres my problem i did the dohc swap in my 89 and ill start the car and it revs to 2k and then idles rough at 1k if i tap the gas it will rev then go back and fourth from 1k to 2k i dont no if its vacume leak or timing idk any help would be great gunna take a look at the iacv u think it might help
