i bought some rims for my 04 maxima. 19" with a +38mm offset ..is it gonna rub?

Depends on how wide they are.
Factory 18'' SE wheels are 7.5'' wide and 40 offset.
I'm guessing they'll probably fit, but without knowing the width it's hard to say.
