Where can I get new dust boots for my new KYB AGX struts on my 97 240? I've looked around but can't really find them. Thanks.

I ordered some KYB dust boots from Tirerack.com. They were ~$11 a piece. They're cheap and they do the job. The construction is *very* close to that of the OE boots.

I also bought mine from tirerack.com. However, I am not entirely sure that I was sent the correct boots. That being said, I was sent the correct part numbers. When I put the boots on the rear struts, the boot was so tightly stretched that it actually slipped down over stopper and basically allowed my car to ride without the stops on about an inch and a half of spring play. I ended up keeping them attached, but allowing them to slip down under the stop and I used the stock bump stops which have a metal plate butting up against the stopper. Has anyone else had a problem with the rear boots being too short?

We stock both front and rears. KYB sources these out from other vendors and repackage them but they should be the same size as the stock units. If they are shorter than the stock boots they must have been packaged wrong. In a case like that you can contact customer service and they call tag and reship the item as long as they are not used.
