This is all you need, trust me. http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=296451

Edit: this is actually for the 3.5 but if im not wrong it should be pretty much the same. Anyone else want to chime in?

Go to the link above and print it out. Also use the instructions that came with it. I installed mine on a 2.5s using the directions on this site as well as the ones that came with it. It was really easy to do. Make sure you have the proper tools to do it.

it really is easier than you could imagine. especially on the 2.5. print out the directions and go at it. never say you have "no mechanic skills" unless you had your arms blown off in a freak firework accident or something like that. if you've never worked on a car your end result will still be a clean install (because it's really so simple) and you'll be proud of yourself for accomplishing something you would have never thought you could do.

edit: also, if you run into problems simply take and post pictures on here with questions and you'll get immediate "how to" responses from the fella's and fellette's on here as we've pretty much all installed intakes before.

i say take it some where. I bet any mechanic shop would install it for you. If you truely dont have any mechanic skills then dont attempt it. Good luck.

being this is a forum where everyone helps everyone out which you should already know, id say this is poor advice.

i didnt even know which thing in my engine was the factory filter...i didnt know how to take the factory filter out... and i did it in under 80minutes... technically took me 5 minutes to take out the factory box, then the reason why i couldnt do it faster was becasue my engine was still hot, and my throttle was hot therefore it was expanded and i couldnt get the stupid piece of **** rubber to go over it...

i had literally never taken anything out nor put anything into my engine bay's of my cars before and i can tell u i could of done this in 30 minutes while eating...
