Bought a 2002 Q

Hi Guys,

I have purchased a 2002 Q45 with 153k km on it (about 96k miles). I paid $17,300.00 for it and price includes a "superior protection" warranty for 3 years or 60k kms. The underwriter is http://www.lubrico.com. Does anyone have experience with Lubrico? What do you think about reliability of 2002 q45?

If you've made it to 100k you'll probably be fine. Keep an eye out for oil consumption.

The dealer told me to add a quat of mile every 1500 - 2000 km. The dealer actually drove the car for 2 years. On paper the extended warranty covers a lot of things but I don't know how good are they.

I have read the article and will have Infiniti check the TSB. Do they do TSB on cars that are out of warranty.

Well, a TSB is different from a recall because it isn't considered necessary. Its just a guide for fixing a non-critical problem. The dealer may charge you for an hour labor.

I'll be posting the pics as soon as I get it. Its still with the dealer as he has to do some stuff to it like brake pads, some touch ups etc. etc.
