Well, this weekend I bought a 2000 I30T with 125K miles. Its black with a tan leather interior.

It has heated seats, Xenons, sunroof, and BOSE CD/Cass. It was serviced regularly.

Yesterday I put in 4 new tires and got an alignment done for almost $1K.

It runs like a champ. Im going to do fluid changes tommorow.

I bought it for $4,200.

I'm in love with it.

I will post pics up tommorow after I wash it.

Thanks for tips that some members had given me.

Congratulations! You will love the car!!!!

Buy a 2000 Maxima front strut tower brace. It will definitely make the car push less.

Wow, thats an awesome price!

At these prices I might be able to snag one as a winter and city car.

Good choice. The I35 is king of understeer.

I30 is way more balanced. Still has all the nice features of the I35

Thats a hell of a deal... I bought my wife's almost two years ago w/118K for 4700... But hers is a 96... I'm jealous of those heated seats and Xenons that you've got...

Looks nice. Take out the thumb part of the link so people could actually see what this thing looks like.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone.

Everyone is loving my car. The Xenons and 17"s really do add to the look of the car.

Jeff, do you have 2000 Maxima front strut tower brace on yours? How does it feel?

One thing I noticed was my fog lights seem really yellow compared to my Xenons. I also have seen a few I30s with xenon type foglights.

What I want to know is that is it possible for me to change foglight bulbs and the bulb that is right next to the foglights (cornering lights?)?

Can anyone give me the bulb number and tell me how many watts it is (for both the fogs and cornering lights).

Thanks. Much appreciated.

You can go to Silverstars (H3? - check your manual) to bring the color temperature up to 4300 ° K without killing your wiring harness or fooling the computer into thinking there is a failure. Don't use cheap Chinese bulbs!

Notice there is a Silverstar line for accessory lighting now, so that might be your other lighting solution.

Go to http://www.sylvania.com and click on automotive lighting.

Oh yeah, you stole the car. Maintian it well and you will be bucks ahead. Did you get a service history? If not, do it today.

Wow, that's an absolutely incredible find...especially at that price. I'm sure you'll love it. If you have any questions, be sure to post up in the Maxima/I30/I35 forum.

The strut bar is on the I30t. It makes a profound difference in handling.

I hate the yellowish driving lights, too. I put some pure white bulbs in mine, and it made a huge difference. I think they were Sylvania.

If you notice, the high beams are a little yellowed too.

Beautiful car! I think the rear spoiler on Ice T really transforms the car as well. It makes the car look totally different. There is a guy on this board that has an 02 I30t, and put one of those M3 spoilers on it. It really looks good too.

Thanks for the compliment guys.

I appreciate it.

I checked the owners manual and it told me to contact the Infiniti dealership. The guy had no clue whatsoever. I got fed up and told him I had to go.

Now, I know in this thread some one mentioned that the fog light is H3.

What I need to know is what type is the cornering lamp. Also how many watts are the fogs and cornering lamps?

Sorry for the questions, but the Infiniti guy wasnt helpful at all.

I tried searching before and couldnt find it.

Thanks guys.
