- Approach the low point of the garage's bottom scraping area from an angle such that one of the front wheels crosses over well before the other.

- Go very slow.

- Check your tire pressures to be at the recommended level.

- Lodge a concern with the property manager

- Don't worry about it. It's just a plastic cover.

That's all I got.....sorry.

Yeah, it's a plastic cover! I live where there is lots of snow and the first storm this past fall tore that flimsy plastic cover from one of its bolts scraping all over the place; sounded like the undercarriage was self destructing! It's hanging on now w/bailing wire.

Anyone know where to get a metal plate for same? Otherwise I'm gonna' get a sheet metal shop to custom cut me something that will fit. Geez, in a 50K plus machine, plastic for a skid plate!!

It's not a "skid plate" It's a deflector to manage air flow. A metal plate that will withstand scraping will have to be thick, strong, and heavy, and will likely require reinforced mountings.

No offense, but your M35 is a luxury car, not meant for obstacles and bad roads. I suggest you replace the plastic deflector with a new factory one, and be more careful of where and how you drive it (I hope you didn't destroy the mounting points for it). The same thing would have happened with most other luxury/performance cars.
