bottom end safe revs?????

just wonder what you can take a stock bottom end to... running step 2 hks cams so the power band should be moved up some just wondering where i can take a bottom end to till i get it rebuilt

The problem is the rockers in the valve train.

Bottom end I'd say about 7600 is safe, but the rockers might not like that.

around 6800rpm, get rockerarm stoppers tere only like $100 shipped

One problem they dont make any for a S14 SR and if I were to buy S13 one they would have to be machined to fit.

Same kit fots both the S14 and the S14. the S14 meeds mods to the valve cover when done
