I just inherited this 94 q45 and have the usual issues. Rough idle and others but I cannot fin any info on two passenger windows and door locks not working. The center console controls will not operate the windows either.

you probably need new LCU's for the doors. unlikely that both went out but possible. Search for posts on hwo to diagnose it, still its not a lot of money to experiment.

I just bought the driver side LCU for my 96 on Ebay. This guy on Ebay (tx_highend ) has quite a few Q45 parts and was great to work with. He had the passenger side parts too. At least as of last week. Reasonable too. You might check him out if you decide you need the parts.
