Both my power Windows won't go down. Plz help

Got a long trip tomorrow what can I do ASAP!! Please I got a long trip ahead and it's hot.

Try and hit the door panel while u hold the down button or close the door while u hold down button. From my experiences even when the relay acts up the pass side still works. There's a black or white box on the driver side under the door panel that's the relay.
