Both BATTERY and BRAKE lights ON... First Blinking... Now Steady!

Heya guys,

For a while I had both BATTERY and BRAKE lights blinking occasionally with reading:

Max: 14.1v
Min: 13.6v

Now both BATTERY and BRAKE lights are steadily ON with reading:

Max: 12.2v
Min: 11.7v

Am I in need of new ALT?

No worries, guys...

I just changed my Alternator and problem went away..
Keep you posted if anything.
