ive got a 99 max with bose and am putting in a fat systm but i cant get any sound of the stereo but it is on is there anything that ive got to do that i guess i dont know about?? a fast response would be grateful since the car is tore down at the moment

How are you connecting the factory Bose to your aftermarket system?

i am keeping the factory speakers but have a pioneer headunit, wiring harness, and everything. but when i turn the car on to check and see if it was working the cd player turned on and i could adjust everything. there is no sound. wtf

What are you using to connect the new HU to the Bose harness?

my buddy is a whole saler and got me the stuff. it is a wiring harness adapter for 99 max with bose.

the reason im asking is because i did it in my old max without bose. my new max does. so i had to change the adapters out. i dont know anything about bose but the fact that it sucks ***.

I doubt a simple wire-harness adapter will do much. You need something like the PAC ROEM unit which simply inlines the new HU to the factory wiring.
