Anyway to bypass the need to use the 6x9's amps because I got new ones and Im not getting a new head unit amp subs for about a month and I got new 6x9's but cant find a way to bypass the amps

Are you replacing the Head unit as well ??The Bose speakers are 1 Ohm'rs.

also any insight to why im hearing a clicking sound in the back when I hit my brakes, light going bad?

Never heard a light "Click".

Yes, you can bypass the amps.

The clicking sound may be coming through the stereo, in which case you have a ground somewhere.

a bose amp going out will cause a click as well.
