You can get to the rear amps through the trunk and take measurements with a voltmeter and the fronts are easy to test once the door panel is off. Amps burn out one at a time and losing one isn't going to take out the entire system. If you're convinced that all 4 amps are shot and not the head unit you might try replacing just one for starters. I have a few amps left if you want to do some testing.A.Ciccone wrote:I've been told the speakers can blow an amp and the whole system goes. Your amps are going to a good home and my snipe bid was a lot higher than what proved to be the winning amount. Thank you!EriCCirE wrote:I am selling all my bose amps from my 1994 j30:

I could wise-up and give-up on the OEM system, but it sounds so good when it's all working properly. Extended periods of non-use seem to cause more failures than everday use. Local Pick 'n' Pull prices have run $5 per ampflier board over the years, and after the $2 admission fee to as many yards that you can get to in a day (3 or 4 in these parts).yodawill2000 wrote:Nice buy for sure !!!
