Bose Stereo Troubles...

Hello!
I just recently got my first z, and I'm already having issues with my stereo. So here is whats going on, I bought a new deck for the car, and I chose not to have the guys install it for me at this point in time. I hooked up the harness's properly, along with the antenna adapter, and I assumed I was in the clear. I went to turn the car on, and the right front speaker started crackling before the deck powered up. The deck turned on, and the speaker is getting power, but it is unbearably crackling. I thought the speaker might have been blown, so I pulled one from the back and replaced the "bad" speaker. Turned the deck on, and the same thing was happening. I checked my wiring on the harness and everything is proper, even had a second pair of eyes look at it. Now I am stuck music-less, and any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
