bose stereo tilt feature

I have a 2012 altima coupe with the bose stereo system with nav. There is a open/tilt feature button on the top right hand side of the radio. I pushed the button the other day and it opened and when i pressed it again to close it , it closed and then tilted slightly and stopped. It stopped but not at the position that it was before i opened it. Does anyone know how to tilt it back to its original position so that its not tilted? The dealership doesnt seem to know how to fix it. Someone please help.
