Bose Stereo / amp

Hi all. I recently removed my BOSE stereo , front and rear speakers, and CD changer. (99QX). I noticed that the front speakers were amplified, and the rear had no amp on them...where is the amp, if one, located for the rear speakers? I want to sell it as a complete set-up, but cannot find the amp, if it exists.

inside the left rear quarter panel. If you remove the grille on that panel near the hatch you can look up in there and see it.
